Help needed: what's the name of this player visual effect?

it's a glowing bright orange edging on the upper body of the player. Every township has people with this effect. It's super common. If you know please help me identify. Thanks.

Found out it is due to ascendancy node Furious Wellspring

i think its maximum rage effect. eternal rage (rage regen) skill also make you max rage all the time.
