CI unexplained deaths

Today i suffered 6 instant death without getting hit, enemies were at my screen limit, no projectile, no bad thing on ground.

I’m playing CI with 3211 ES.

Died with screen showing 3211/3211ES and 0/1 life.
Weird thing is Blue ball (ES jauge) was empty but the side of the ball was still full and blue.

Check your gear and tree that you have no effects that remove life or bypass energy shield, mana flasks have a mod that does that, some unique items like a wand can make you lose life.

Also check for damage bypass effects, like "heavy buffer" node on the passive tree
