POE 2 Legacy of the Vaal temple NOT OPENING

Hello,
I am unable to open temples at all. I have 6 energized crystals and when interacting with the temple console it just says "failed to open incursion temple" even with 6 crystals energized. I cannot interact with the league mechanic at all as is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
