Tornado visual bug

Tornado abyss MTX has a visual bug when it absorbs electric ground effects. The blue tornado visual never disappears, and makes any shocked ground+tornado effect basically visually unplayable. They can stack and start to cause performance issues as well.

I've been pushing for this fix

also just noticed this is very annoying and drops fps a ton!
