Barkskin spirit gem lvl 17 bug, can't activate

I used lvl 16 Barkskin spirit gem with Talisman weapon, then upgraded to lvl 17 and its became disabled and I can't active the skill. It shows error: can't use with current weapon setup. Created another Barkskin gem with lvl 13 and its working OK.

Same for 18 lvl gem, can't activate, still lvl 13 gem works OK.

Disregard this, there is no bug, for some reason both weapon setup boxes were unchecked for the skill so it won't let you activate the skill.
