POE2 "Varashta Skill cant fix weapon set for swap play??"

How to fix a weapon set with summon skill?
i tried to fix a summon command skill in weapon set 1 but my skill disable to use!

if i check in slot weapon set 2, every summon command is fine, i already use all of weapon set point for 1,2 weapon, but it work on weapon set 2 only

HELP someone know tell me pls

Same issue here, there's no check box for weapon set 1 and 2 for the Djin skills
