Crasing every few instance loads all of a sudden.

so this whole league ive been fine, no crashes, but now without fail, i crash every 3 or 4 instance loads when coming back to my hideout from inside a map or boss fight. crashes during load screen and when i try to get back into the game, loading into my hideout takes a substantial amount of time, around 5 minutes..
