Co-op, Abyssal Knowledge Book 1 missing. Received the Second book, not the first

While playing Co-op on atlas map, party leader received Abyssal Knowledge book 1. However, I did not. I checked with all NPCs and see no book, especially with Doryani. After, playing by myself, I received Abyssal knowledge book 2. Is there a way for me to receive the first abyssal book?

Temp FIX. Just need to do an abyssal that doesn't lead to an abyssal depth by myself.
