Deadlock detected.....

Been trying to play POE2 for the past week. I can play it max 30 minutes at a time if I'm lucky but usually the game crashes within the first few minutes. I have looked everywhere online and the only solution i've come across is installing a previoius AMD driver in order to run the game. Is there any other advice to help with this issues or are there any plans to fix this because I am seeing it in a lot of places and my buddy is dealing with the same issue.
