Blood mage Ascendancy/Rathpith globe does not work!

The problem is then after I picked up Gore Spike node nothing changed!

And the same for Rathpith globe!
The point is the following line does not work:
Non-Channelling Spells deal 12% increased Damage per 100 maximum Life
Equipped

Removed


As you can see, only mana cost of skill and critical hit chance was changed.
