Sunder + Armour Break

as the title , sunder + support armour break doesn't look to work at all
dunno if it is intended or not
i hope notXD

Didn't found the way to edit my postXD
Also interaction between sundered armour and armour break seems off
"Inflicts Sundered Armour on hitting
Fully Armour Broken targets, causing 20% additional
increased Physical damage taken
Sundered Armour has 6 second duration, or until Fully Broken Armour is removed"

what instead the skill does is consume armour break to apply sundered Armour
to wich .... it doesn't seems to work properly , unless there something wrong with the tooltip
