Invisible unearthed remnant effect being added in Lush Isle

In a level 81 Lush Isle expedition.

Lightning immunity snuck into the modifier list despite there being nothing visible on the screen adding it. I undid/redid the placement several times trying to find exactly where that line is coming from. It's somewhere around the beast skin, but there are places I can drop the explosive that catch the beast skin but don't add the lightning immunity.
