Azmadi despawning, player locked in boss room with no boss

This seems to be caused by running across the room to escape 'death from every angle' attack with my Titan-bear of fatness.

After the attack completes, the boss HP bar disappears and the door is locked. TP doesn't work, logging out for 5-15 minutes restores to checkpoint.

I seem to be stuck here on Titan for the moment- I just cant get the dodge timed well enough as on other characters this season to survive the boss move and remain engaged to where he does not respawn.
