Sacrificial heart will not drop in ACT 3 POE2

have farmed close to 100 goliaths and item will not drop

troubleshooting steps taken:

- reset utzaal and aggoraat multiple times
- turned off item filter
- reset game
- i am a poison build but just tried to kill mob with regular attack and not poison one

unsure of what to do next

Finally dropped - just took forever. Not sure what the cause was.
