Character Stuck in Boss fight

my char is stuck in Bloodwood map, bossfight. Gorian, the moving earth has around 35% life left but doesnt move anymore nor does it take any dmg.

tried to relog, portal are disabeled, cant leave boss area

thx for looking into it and free my character <3

i found the little button on char select that can bring me to my hideout or town, so char no longer suck but bossfight bugged
