New easy to replicate movement speed bug

I want to report that theres currently a bug with spells to move faster.

This works even with the more movement/more damage support, overwriting its downside and only giving you the benefits. To avoid people from exploiting it, please dm me so I can tell you how to replicate. It doesn't require software, or file manipulation. I play on console.
