WASD - Moving like a dpad

Is anyone else having issues with WASD? It feels like playstation 1 directions all of a sudden, it was fine before last patch.

It was like that from the start. Its super disapointing cause I want to use the keyboard AND the mouse. not have the keyboard act like a controller.
