Sorcerer Wand MTX with Chaos Bolt

When I cast Chaos Bolt with the Sorcerer Wand MTX there is a very bright flash effect that is not pleasant on the eyes. Doesn't happen when I cast any of my other spells(essence drain, contagion, despair)
