Currency Exchange Glitch - Lost Omen of Light

I was attempting to currency exchange an omen of light for either exalted orbs or divine orbs, I switched from exalted orbs to divine orbs in the "I want" section and the omen of light disappeared from my inventory.

Update - after a short period of time it showed up in my stash. Maybe desync?
