varashta's Blessing not working or atleast not showing in tooltip in minion stat sheet

it also doesnt seam to work with the new djinn class accendancy skills ruzhan's trap, kelari's burtality, ect...

i put this support gem on my wolf pack, and there is no stat increase in the stat sheet window while i am casting "command" skills

while in hideout or out in a map. no change to sheet damage
