Abyss encounter does not complete and never opens Abyssal Depths

While running maps that contain an Abyss encounter, sometimes the event never completes. The Abyss remains active indefinitely and does not indicate that it can be entered or descended into. Because of this, the encounter cannot be finished.

Additionally, I am using the following Abyss-related passives/modifiers:

Sprawling Rupture

Stir the Swarm

Since I started endgame, I have not been able to enter Abyssal Depths even once.

This issue happens intermittently and does not appear to be tied to a specific map type or modifier.

It happened already multiple times and I thought it's known but after seeing so many hotfixes and it's still happening, I desided to report it, maybe it helps.

Basically an Abyss has still some "dots" left before it spawns mobs but the map has 0 monsters left.
