I encountered a bug and can't proceed.

I'm having trouble progressing to the next map. It's like the NPCs have disappeared, and the warp portal to the next map is gone.
It's preventing me from playing any further. I'm just a few steps away from the endgame, but it's frozen here. Please fix this. Thank you.
