Temple of chaos the Trial master is not spawning

Description:

While attempting the Trialmaster encounter in the Temple of Chaos, the Trialmaster fails to spawn. I collected all three stones (left and right pieces purchased via currency exchange, resulting in a significant Exalted Orb cost). The Temple of Chaos and the trial itself complete without issues, but upon entering the Trialmaster arena, the boss does not appear.

Repro Steps:

1.Collect all three Trial stones

2.Complete the Temple of Chaos

3.Open the door to the Trialmaster arena

4.While the Trialmaster is speaking, use Molten Crash to prepare the ground

Actual Result:
The player is teleported into an empty arena with no Trialmaster spawned, making the encounter impossible to complete.

Expected Result:
The Trialmaster should spawn normally, allowing the player to fight and defeat him.
