Game Freeze + Unexpected DC

Hello, I haven't played for few days, launched the game today, and I have game freezes every 10 seconds followed with unexpected disconnect every 2 minutes. It's unplayable. Since the beginning of this 0.4 league I had no issues through the campaign, game went smooth, 0 problems.

Anyone else experience the same problem ?
