Mass Rejuvenation not healing Wolves

I'm playing a Werewolf character with Mass Rejuvenation because my Wolves survivability was bad, but I noticed that while I was sitting out of combat, my wolves health was not regenerating which I would think should happen with Mass Rejuvenation passive.
