I got disconnected, can't get back into Vaal Temple and lost my chest armor + loots

I was playing normally and entered a Vaal Temple run. I found a forge so I decided to upgrade my chest armor quality on it. It was dropped on the floor so I picked it up and continued to explore the ruin, got more loot, and suddenly the game froze and took me back to login screen. I connected again, but now I'm back at the entrance of the Temple, without my armor, or the loot that I collected, and I can't get back into the temple. I have no idea what to do.

I think I had a small rollback and maybe my loot + armor got stuck inside the temple and I can't get back in.

I feel really down, I just started Act 4. Kinda lost all drive to play the game. What am I supposed to do?
