Palm of the Dreamer

Hey guys, do you think it's realistic to get palm of the dreamer by double-corrupting any of the first time corrupted shrine scepters? There is nothing like it on the market and I couldn't find any information about it.

Let me know if you get an answer - I thought the same thing and went through about 5 div trying but nothing so far.

It's probably not possible if none exist. I heard that the 2nd corruption on items has limited outcomes. For instance you can't get an additional socket on the 2nd corruption. It's just 50% chance to brick and 50% chance for another enchant.
