Infinite loading every loading screen

Can we please get a fix for this infinite loading on console, we would like to be able to enjoy the game also without closing app every 5 mins, thank you.

+1 my friend can hardly play the game.
changing zones or opening menus puts him into an infinite loading screen having to manually relaunch the game every time. this is massively gamebreaking |
