Skill Rhoa Mount not working with Mirage deadeye

Hi,
When I received my fourth ascendancy skill point, "Mirage Deadeye," my "Rhoa Mount" skill stopped working, even though my character meets all its requirements. How can I make this skill work in conjunction with the skill from the "Mirage Deadeye" ascendancy skill point I received?
