Time Lost Jewels Doubt

Hello!
I'm playing a Disciple of Varastha build and I have a doubt about Time-Lost jewels vs normal jewels

For normal jewels, I was using 2x Minions have Increased critical chance and damage bonus
For time lost, I took one jewel with Critical chance and one with Critical damage, along with increased damage on both,
In theory, these time-lost jewels would give me way more value than the regular ones, but the Navira's Fracturing spell details tells me otherwise:

With the regular Jewel, I got 26% Critical Hit Chance

With the time lost jewel, which should give me 150% increased critical hit chance according to notable nodes, I got 24%

I'm missing something? Or maybe it could be just a spell details error not listing the buffs from time-lost correctly?
