Chest Armor Keeps Deleting Itself Going Into Maps

Hey,
I am currently rocking the coming calamity heroic armor and yesterday when I went into a map I was doing tons less damage only to realize that I had no chest armor equipped. I thought I was dumb and got rid of it by accident but it just happened again right now and I got video of it also.

Basically it shows me messing with the harold gems, going into a map and then its just gone.

Anyone else having this issue? I got a mad nice armor piece and now its gone...

It was the Skooma.
