Lunar Blessing Moonbeams DPS not impacted by Jewel Shapeshifting Affixes

I'm not sure if this is expected or if this is known bug, but when I put on a Jewel (specifically a Ruby) with "Increased Damage while Shapeshifted" and "Increased Skill Speed while Shapeshifted", the DPS, Damage or attacks per second did not change on the skill info.
