Incinerate with Pyromantic Pact and Blackflame Covenant

Hello and Happy new year everyone !

Tonight, I wanted to burn things up with Incinerate in my demon form but it appears that it doesn't work with Pyromantic Pact that replaces your mana for Infernal Flames.

Does someone know if it is normal or not ?

incinerate is of those spells that devs decided to make it unplayable on purpose this season. They traditionally do that for a random spell each season. For previous season for example it was hexblast.

It's baffling how anyone thinks these charge or fuel mechanics are fun. They've ruined several skills with this garbage and I hate it.

I just gave up on the incinerate build I had followed to the 50's. It's a garbage power. I'd explain why but ..it's just trash one of the worst in the game. Hard capped at 5 seconds, you have to spam like 14 curses to fill the fuel bar for even that, and it takes a week to start, and doesn't do any damage until the last two seconds or so.. if you haven't been one-shot because the massive move penalty while channeling.

You can play Gemling to offset move speed penalty, and full-slot your powers, set up Cast on Ailments with Arc for your fuel, set up curses and your entire tree simply to offset the built in "****-you" built into the power by GGG.

Learn from my errors, never, ever play Incinerate. If you like that experience, play Wyvern Flamebreath, it's approximately 1.2 million times better per my calculations.

Incinerate is the devil I tell you.
