Any hit freezes the character, leaving them continuously paralyzed.

I'm level 91, and in any map I enter, every enemy freezes me with a single hit, leaving me immobilized—it doesn't matter if they're rare, magic, or normal. I went to Act 3 and the same thing happened. Could someone help me? I have 600 hours played, and this must be some kind of bug since I’ve tried removing my gear, auras, and everything else, and it still freezes me. Thanks.

This sounds like a Chaos Inoculation issue to me. Did you happen to allocate it without getting any stun and ailment threshold from energy shield nodes as well? Since these thresholds are based on your life by default they are practically zero with CI and every enemy hit stuns/freezes/whatever.
