Missing 2 Atlas Points on the Map Boss Tree

Not sure if this is a bug or I'm missing something entirely. But I have defeated Arbiter of Ash and completed the Pinnacle of Flame quest and remember getting the drop from this one.

When I check the tool tip in my Atlas tree I have tried all items listed again and I can't seem to figure out which one I'm missing to get the last drop. I have made t16 maps with the appropriate amount of affixes and cleared regular map bosses, citadel bosses, anamoly bosses and corrupted nexus bosses. I even checked to make sure that I had 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes at least. I've tried these all multiple times now, and I'm kind of at my wits end. If this is not a bug, I really don't know what I could be missing to get these last two points and hoping someone out there may have some insight on something I have no clue about.

(also did a forum search and all the threads i found are from previous patches when the end game worked differently, but I could have missed finding a proper thread there for 0.4)

make sure to do it with 0-revive waystone including citadel map boss

Thank you I think it had to be this since i finally found it on a citadel boss and I guess i may have missed this one component
