Bug - Vaal temple closed forever

Can't open Vaal temple.
When I open each seal in the location, a portal to the Vaal Ruins appears, and I enter the ruins, but there's no one there. The temple is closed. The control panel appears, but it's not clickable. This all happened after I collected another temple pass, but instead of starting it and placing the pieces, I quit the game. And the temple is no longer operational. " are you in campaign or mapping? if in campaign at act 4, then go back to act 3 to farm crystals up to 6/6. the hooded one will appear in the temple near the console and you can play the temple again. 34pre98qua
