need to alternate them spymasters/barracks:
armoury - barracks - spymaster - barracks (you are here) - armoury - barracks - spymaster *there is a tactic to get spymaster - barracks - spymaster, but requires a specifc combo of rooms and with the diminishing returns now its not needed imo "Beidat honored the pact, though Beardat wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
