Arbiter of Ash disconnection issues

Hello all! When getting disconnected on Arbiter on Ash fight I cannot rejoin the instance despite portals still being present and players in such situation would likely have to search for citadels and regather fragments all over again simply due to server / connection issues. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
