Omen of Catalysing Exaltation

From my observation, 80-90% of the time, the results were failure. I tested by using it on a 20% and 40% Fire Quality Ring and Amulet. The results were anything other than resistances most of the time. I tested Speed Quality. Again, most of the time resulted in failure. I hope GGG take a look at this.
