Modifiers in Vaal Console vs Map

Guys, help plz.

Am I missing something, that modifiers in Vaal Console dramatically differs to those same modifiers later shown in Map?

I run 29 rooms, while
console says:
266% increased number of RARE monsters
67% increased number of MAGIC monsters

as soon as I run the temple, these numbers dramatically differs:
914% increased number of RARE monsters
604% increased number of MAGIC monsters

That's hell of a difference...

I run my second console. The first one I screwed, I ended up with 2400% rare monsters and over 1000% magic monsters. I trusted it is caused by increasing of the Spymaster rooms level to III. And also upgrades of other rooms.
So I have decided to let the destabilization to run several times to completely start from scratch.

1) despite I do NOT upgrade rooms, I have a video where destabilization INCREASES level of a Spymaster room from II to III (the room was 4 blocks away of the end of the snake, well hidden inside of the snake)
2) Yet again, I am running onto troubles defeating mobs as their defense is getting way too high due to those enormous increased number of monsters. How the hell you do 60+ rooms? Those would be completely unplayable. As seen in YT streamers' videos, their number of monsters are not so drastic...
