Temple is bricked

I cannot interact with any of the restricted rooms in my temple. I can enter the room but once I'm in I'm unable to open chests or interact with the room in any way. The doors are locked and I have to portal out of the temple to move on. In vaults I get a message like 'the chest is locked', I have a full path to Atziri and her audience chamber but I can't interact with the audience chamber which means I can't fight Atziri.

I tried closing and reopening the temple without any luck. This is a hard brick of my level 97 character's temple, I'd appreciate some assistance.

check your energized crystals, maybe it's lacking that is why it's locked. should be 6 energized crystals
