Curses Not Casting on Oracle Druid When Using Impending Doom skill node (PoE 2 PC)

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue on my character Sadpy (PoE 2, PC, Druid/Oracle).

When I manually cast Elemental Weakness, all other triggered effects activate correctly. However, the curse itself does not apply.

Specifically:
My character performs the casting animation (staff waving)
- Life is lost as expected
- Nothing is cast on the ground
- No curse is applied at all (neither Elemental Weakness nor any other curse)

Only non curse skills, such as Frost Bomb and other triggered abilities, seem to work correctly.

After several hours of testing, I found two things that consistently resolve the issue:
- Creating a new Oracle Druid character
- Not speccing into the Impending Doom skill node on the affected character

On my existing character, the issue only occurs when Impending Doom is allocated.

This feels unintended and may be a bug. Has anyone else encountered this, or can confirm whether this interaction is expected?
