Just completed third ascendancy but can't select points

Hey guys just finished third ascendancy but when I approach the statue I can't choose my third selection.

I'm on PlayStation.

Any help much appreciated my character is ranger shokka

Is this for PoE1 or PoE2?

If it's for PoE1, then just close the window that pops up when you click the altar, and then go to your normal passive tree screen in the menu. Then open the ascendancy portion of the tree (IIRC it's R3 but I'm not in front of the game at the moment). You'll be able to spend your points there.

Assuming you already ran the lab and clicked the altar, you don't need to run it again, you'll have the points, you can spend them anywhere.
