Game Crashed During Trialmaster Fight - Lost All Progress

Hello,

During the final fight of the 4th Ascendancy, my game crashed, and when I logged back in I was back at the beginning. I understand why it puts you back in the beginning when logging out to avoid exploiting the boss that way however it is incredibly frustrating to farm/purchase 3 fates to unlock the door only for a technical difficulty to leave everything for naught. I know this is a shot in the dark but would it be possible to give me back the 3 fate keys? I can farm the ultimatum again but going through them 3+ separate times is soul crushing.
