The sacrifice room doesn't appear in my Atzoatl temple.

I've recently been diligently working on the temple mechanics.
But it turns out that after about 100 room rolls, no sacrifice room has appeared, and I'm starting to doubt the RNG.
My friends say that sacrifice rooms appear quite commonly, but they never appear for me.
What I'm thinking is that right at the beginning of my temple's construction, I placed a sacrifice room that was later removed and may still appear as if it were there, since there can only be one, and another one never appeared in the roll.
I would appreciate it if you could verify this possibility, please, to clear up my doubts about whether it's a bug or if I'm just an unfortunate victim of RNG.

I was researching and several other people have the same problem. The bug occurs when you sacrifice the sacrifice room itself; the temple then considers it still there, and I clearly remember doing this at the beginning of my construction. Please fix this quickly.
