Permanently affected by temp bubble.

I am uncertain what exactly happened, but I was in a Bastille tile set after killing the boss and circling back to complete the remaining rituals. I fought in one where it felt like I was being permanently affected by the Temporal Bubble affix. There was no rare with that affix alive on the screen.

I remedied the issue by porting out of the instance and porting back in.
