Cannot see items in shop on PoE2 characters

when I go into the shop, I can see the packs and the buy points items but every other tab (shop, featured, etc.) are all blank and just show my character and background with no items or visible grid for where items would be. Also, cannot switch characters on this website to poe2 characters so am unable to use features of this site for current characters. Thank you for any assistance.

Could you provide screenshot of that bug? This might help

You can't because this site is for poe 1 and the other that is for poe 2 don't have these features. Maybe in the futre
