Does rakiata work with exposure ?
|
if a monster have 30 cold res, rakiata makes it -30 cold res.
right guys? then if i apply exposure that reduces 30 more, does that mean its -60 cold res ?? i know res penetration stops at 0, and ignore means no matter what its 0. Last bumped21 янв. 2026 г., 22:54:28

No, if monster has 30 resist Rakiata making it to 0. Exposure and reduced resistances via Curses can make it go below negatives but Rakiata will then add positive.
Short Rakiata made for non exposure-reduced elemental resistances builds. If you have Rakiata don't use any penetration / ele reduce curses sources. Only an unique glove can make it go negatives i don't remember the name. |

Raktiata does not change the inherent resistances of the target; it simply takes the current value and inverts it for each instance of damage dealt by the skill it supports.
If a mob has +30 cold res, then when you deal damage to it with a skill supported by rakiata - it will treat it as having -30 cold res for that skill and instance of damage only. If you apply any modifiers to lower the resistance of the target, then each subsequent application of damage via the skill supported by Rakiata will be recalculated based on that change. Applying exposure would lower the base 30 cold res of the target, hence reducing the inverted value and your output with that skill. |

" thanks buddy! |

" but rakiata description says it inverts and not ignore the resistance ? |
|

Exposure:
![]() It lowers enemy resistance. Which will leave you less resistance to invert on hit with Rakiata's. Mash the clean

Rakiatas only works with Rakiatas
