Pricing items in Shop

How come this ingame shop page is so good damn great, but same time i keep misspricing items to exalt prices, even tho it used to be in divines.
How and when game chances these currencys?
Other thing, when i notice it being misspriced, item is locked in. I keep spamming to remove it till someone just comes and takes item almost for free. How can be that i am not faster spamming mouse button to remove item, then someone refreshing listings and lock in item?

Well c u maybe in next league. Last item was so unlucky to craft and then sold it with exalts by misstake, i am now broke.
