Bug on posting item in trade. Lost 2000 divs

Hello support team.
As you can see in the video, there's a bug sometimes(happened twice with me) when you post a item on trade ange and the price doesn't apply properly.

I love the game and worked hard for this item and is the second time it happens causing a lot of loss.

of course one player came right after the posting and bought because I can't even change after the lock on the npc.
